Wow, I did it, down 3.4 pounds from last week. Hubby is down 8.8 pounds. Obviously, our little oops yesterday wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
4 oz yogurt
1 mandarin orange
6 oz salad w/1 tablespoon low calorie French dressing
4 oz cottage cheese
6 oz V8 juice
steak sandwich without the potato, extra vegetables
side salad with 1 tablespoon Ranch dressing
1 slice garlic toast
Ok, I am totally wiped so heading off to bed. See you all tomorrow.
