Good morning everyone! So are we all up to the challenge? I am really pumped about this!!! It's amazing what a little competition can do for a person. It's like running a marathon without having to put on your running shoes.
I posted the picture last night and not sure why I decided to do it. Maybe because a picture of just a body doesn't make it personal and I want this to be personal. I want this to be about us as people not just overweight bodies. The picture is of myself and my granddaughter, it was taken almost 3 years ago. She was 6 weeks premature and only weighed 4 lbs 10 ounces. She will be 3 next month and you wouldn't know by looking at her that she had a rocky start. She is just one of the reasons (there are 8 more grandkids) that I want to get my weight down and be healthy.
Breakfast
banana/strawbery/yogurt smoothie (130 calories)
1 small banana (60 calories)
Lunch
6 oz salad w/1 tablespoon dressing (55 calories)
4 oz cottage cheese (90 calories)
8 oz clamato juice (70 calories)
1/2 cup diet jello (10 calories)
Dinner
2 egg cheese omelet (260 calories)
I did have a gain over last week but I am not going to get bent out of shape over it. I have been walking and doing the Wii so I am hoping it is due to muscle building and not additional fat.

ReplyDeleteI went out today and bought a digital scale! Woo Hoo!!! It is off from my other scale :( not by TO much. But I will use my digital scale from now on. I hope that doesn't mess you up at all, but you said some people will weigh in today... So my new DIGITAL weight is 296.6.
