Day 180 - Rule your mind or it will rule you.....

Good morning everyone!  I apologize for my short post of yesterday.  I fell asleep on the loveseat after dinner and when I woke up it was time to go to bed.  It was a totally exhausting day at work and I had woken up real early. 

Breakfast (285)
1 pkg regular instant oatmeal
4 oz yogurt
4 oz 1% milk
8 oz orange juice

That's pretty much been it for today.  Have been throwing up since midmorning, fear I have the flu, going to bed with hopes that it passes quickly.


  1. Just a thought Tessa, one thing that helped my hubby and me lose weight has been eating large amounts of salad with no dressing (or fat free dressing, or a small amount of dip). Helps you feel full, but has no calories. (We got that idea from weightwatchers). SOmetimes when I look at your food list I think, Man, that is SO small, and I worry your not eating enough veges to feel full. xx M.
