Busy day today and I am glad it is Friday. Nothing new in life to report so I guess that is a good thing.
Breakfast
4 oz yogurt
1 orange
Lunch
6 oz salad w/ 1 tablespoon low calorie French dressing
4 oz cottage cheese
Dinner
4 oz baked cod
6 oz salad w/ 1 tablespoon low calorie Ranch dressing
4 oz mixed steamed vegetables (caulifower, broccoli, carrots)
it looks like you are eating really healthy, good for you!
ReplyDeleteNot to point out the obvious, but how to you have any energy? That is hardly any food. It looks like a nice menu - but 4oz of yogurt and an orange? To last all mornning? Are you supplementing with nuts or something? A snack?
ReplyDeleteI applaud you - but even I [small eater] would need more than that to make it from 8 am to 6 pm with only lunch and dinner.
