Day 200 - Journal your progress....

Well today has been a good day.  Managed to stay on track which is a good thing.  I did miss my daily break walks today as we had a staff meeting.  Stopped after work and picked up a few groceries as I was out of yogurt and fresh fruit. 

Breakfast
1 cup corn bran cereal
2 oz milk
1/2 cup canned peaches

Lunch
1 red pepper
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 oz natural sunflower seeds
1/2 cup apple sauce

Dinner
1 hotdog
1 apple
