Day 192 - 277.4 lbs

Well today was weigh in and I tipped the scales at 277.4 which is up 4 pounds from last week.  Not exactly sure why the gain but so be it.  It is really late and I need to head off to bed so will post challenge results tomorrow.

2 pieces of a 12" ham and fresh tomato pizza

  1. No breakfast or lunch? That's not like you! I hope you are feeling ok.
    Don't let the loss get you down. Maybe the scale will be extra good next week!!! (that's what I'm hoping for lol)

  2. You MUST eat. It is essential in order to see losses on the scale, not to mention good for your health. Please, eat some balanced meals. Please, please, please. :)
