Day 193 - Have a pepper party, eat multicolored peppers......

Wow, finally some time to do what I need to do so badly, blog.  Seems likes it's been forever even though I have been here every day.  Thank you all for your comments and concerns for yesterday.  Yes, I did a foolish thing, I skipped two meals.  The reason, stupidity really.  I knew I had to weigh in and that I was up so I wanted to see if I could knock it down a bit.  It didn't work so I wasted my time not to mention doing damage to my health.  Won't do that again.

Breakfast
1 Quaker Apple Fruit Crumble Granola Bar (100)
1 kiwi fruit (60)
1 sm banana (60)
4 oz yogurt (35)

Lunch
1 cup homemade chili (250)
1 cup coleslaw (55)
4 oz jello w/peaches (90)
1 apple plum (60)

Dinner
1 chicken breast stuffed with broccoli & cheese (260)
4 oz yellow beans (25)
6 oz green salad w/1 tablespoon dressing (40)
1 sm banana (60)
1 pudding cup (90)
