Well I did manage to score a lose in spite of all the gingerale I drank. Not as good as I would have liked but a lose just the same.

1 pkg instant oatmeal
4 oz 1% milk
4 oz yogurt
1 orange
Lunch
8 oz leftover pork stirfry from dinner last night
4 oz strawberry jello w/peaches
Dinner
4 oz grilled lean beef burger
6 oz steamed vegetables
1/2 baked potato plain
