Day 199 - 280.6 lbs

I obviously wasn't as careful when I was away as I thought I was.  The scale is definitely not in my favor today.  Going to have to start back on plan tomorrow. 

Breakfast
1 cup corn bran cereal
2 oz milk
1/2 cup canned peaches

Lunch
1 yellow pepper
8 oz V8 juice
1 pkg Mustard Chicken w/wild rice

Dinner
1/2 order of Boston Pizza Crispy Chicken Pecan Salad
