Day 186 - Do 20 side steps ............

It's been a long, arduous day.  Work was a bear with a Q&C meeting, and me having to keep my temper under control.  Have finally decided that you can't teach stupid so gonna let my partner hang himself with his own stupidity.  I can home with a screaming headache and had a nap.  It finally went away but now I am ready for bed.

Breakfast
1 pkg instant oatmeal
4 oz milk
4 oz yogurt
1 kiwi

Lunch
1 pkg Kraft Mac and Cheese (single serving)
4 oz cottage cheese
4 oz canned fruit cocktail

Dinner
2 slices whole wheat toast with apple cinnamon jelly
2 oz cheddar cheese
