In order to use my Wii Biggest Loser game I have to figure out how many calories I am eating during the day. So you all are gonna get the pleasure of having me write it here so I can add up the calories so I know what to input in my game.
Breakfast
4 oz yogurt (35)
6 oz canteloupe (60)
Snack
1 snack bar (100)
Lunch
1 pkg Stouffer's Turkey & stuffing (260)
1/2 cup peppers/cucumbers (25)
1 banana (60)
Snack
1 snack bar (100)
1/2 cup hot apple cider (30)
Dinner
1 pkg Stouffer's Meatloaf (270)
1 cup steamed broccoli (50)
1/2 cup cucumbers/peppers (25)
1/2 tomato (25)
Snack
1 snack bar (100)
Total calories: 1140
Okay, so that was fun. Did the 6 minute warm up and darn near kilt myself. This is not going to be fun and all I can say is I'm real glad that you all can't see me cuz it ain't purdy.
The results will be purdy :)
