Good for you for having a "down" on the scale!! Yah! I'm hoping for one today too - my last WI was HORRIBLE! No idea why. EEK!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad to read that your numbers are coming down...it's amazing what medicines can do/not do for us! And, horribly frustrating when you are being so careful about your diet and then something like a forgotten medicine gives you a temporary delay.
ReplyDeleteI have been following along with you and Skippy, but I haven't posted anything about it on my blog :-( I am happy to say though, that I have stuck to my points values (weight watchers) for three days now...and managed to track it all, too. I am a horrible tracking slacker, so I'm feeling proud of myself today.
