Hopefully you can get back to eating well anyway, but I know how hard that is. Try no to let others ruin your good work though!!! <br /><br />I would say go for walks. It might help with the stress level AND burn some of the extra calories you might be getting lately. I KNOW that's what I have to do, get back to walking... do as I say not as I do hahaha :)<br /><br />I hope everything is ok with your sister.
